Yoga Light/or Gentle Yoga
Yoga light is perfect for the student new to yoga, these classes are equally suitable to yoga practitioners of levels and abilities. A hybrid class involving a slower pace, building to more of a challenge. Both elements of the gentle classes and basic yoga postures are united with breath. These classes can be a good place to start if you are new to the practice. Alignment and working at one’s own pace are encouraged. Students will have opportunities to build bone strength with standing poses, develop greater body awareness with balance work, and rejuvenate the spine and stretch the entire body in supported and safe seated and prone poses. Whether you are new to the practice of yoga, are looking for a safe way to connect with your body, mind and spirit, or just want to learn more about yoga, trust that you will find challenge, encouragement, and peace here.

Hatha A Hatha style yoga that is open to all levels of experience. There will be a focus on the breath connected to movement, asana practice that will flow with the breath and meditation. The intention for this class is to be able to express yourself in the practice of yoga and be comfortable that it is your practice and you are invited to show up just exactly as you are. It is perfect!

Restorative Yoga Restorative Yoga is a practice of being, rather than doing, helping to relieve the effects of stress and bring the body, mind and spirit into harmony and balance. A short, gentle asana warm-up will relax and prepare mind and body to receive the benefits that Restorative Yoga offers. Class will usually end with a short guided meditation, and supported Savasana.
